Hi i have a GNU perl script that uses IP's and show it on a google map, telling where spammers are from, and where users are from. if i give the code to someone, can that someone intergrate it to mybb?

this script tells me where spammers are though. like not by name by location. also i use the google SEO map, and i don't want to interfere with it.
