If I made a full account for Googlebot and everything, what would happen? When Googlebot shows up on the "Who's Online" list would there be a link leading to it's profile? Would it mess up. I'm a little scared to try it.
You mean register a user with the name GoogleBot? I don't think that would work as bots are recognized differently than users.

be aware that anyone can fake its user agent string and thus identify as googlebot. if you are giving google bot extra permissions such as a fully registered user account that is allowed to post, you're opening your forum to spammers etc.
