I cannot figure out how to put up a logo. If anyone could please tell me how.

Just upload your new logo over the current one. It is in the images folder of your theme.

Create your new logo, save it, upload it via FTP to images/darkintentions/, then just change your header code to include
<img alt="Underground Wrestling" src="images/darkintentions/logo_name.extension" title="Underground Wrestling" />
