without HDR it would look better

as it is it looks photoshopped as hell

I must admit, it does sort've look photoshopped - but amazing nonetheless.

What ever floats your boat but i think the HDR turns that photo into art. Just my oppinon though.

The art of photography is within capturing a moment as it is happening, not altering it to be something it isn't.

Actually, there's a lot more to photography than just capturing a moment as it's happening. It depends though; some people see it different as others.

I see the editing as an art form and the photography as an art form. I think some of his works are works of art because they are great photos, some because of great editing and some because of both.

In the instance i gave before i think the art is in the editing.
