MyBB Community Forums - Upgrade help

I get this error when I try to upgrade my forum :

What I have made wrong ?
I folowed all steps . All files are CMDO d (I CMDO d them when I installed my forum) .
My curent version is :
1.4.4

Please help me

You appear to have uploaded the files to the ./uploads/ folder... this isn't the right place. Upload the changed files package so the files overwrite the current version of the file and then go to http://freecodes4u.net/install/upgrade.php

My tempelates & settings got changed . I have some important plugins (Fapcor ...) . Is there any way to update without tempelate & configuration changes ?

Not really, if template changes need to be made, they'll be made, but I'm quite sure they only change if they're already default... what templates have been changed?? It should only be the ones in the announcement...

All tempelates . Also icons from MyAwards , Ficons were removed Sad
