Fatal error: Call to undefined method DB_MySQLi::index_exists() in /home/a4161465/public_html/forum/install/resources/upgrade15.php on line 49

I keep getting that, all files are installed properly x.x

Reupload the file inc/db_mysqli.php and try again.
