I honestly don't think you really need an SEO plugin. A few simple changes in the HTML Templates, add some META Tags (not even really necessary), and there you go.
I just use MyBB's SEF url's, and add some meta-tags, and it's as good as I'd want it.

In all honesty I don't believe in SEO links. Because, if you think about it, whether the url ends in showthread.php?tid=3 or thread-3.html it really doesn't make that much of a difference (or so I understand). META tags work, though.
