On the second section there are loads of posts, but how do you get to post there!

When you post an announcement they show up on the portal.

I think you have to select which forum you want to use in the portabl settings or maybe it is set to forum ID 1. IDK.

Yeah, just put the ID of the forum where you post announcements and they'll show fine.

Get the ID of the forum you want to show announcements from, it's at the end of the URL when you view it, and put that number into the settings.
