When I execute the scrip to upgrade have this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/agarciaj/public_html/foro/inc/settings.php on line 403
Please help me.
Did you make any changes to settings.php or did you accidentally upload settings.php when you were uploading the new version?

No, I didn't. After one of the last step of upgrade give me that error.
Line 403: $settings['smilieinsertercols'] = "4";
Solved i correct the setting.php manually and install suscefull the new version.
If you have issues with settings.php in the future, it's usually safe to delete it and let it regenerate itself, hopefully error free.
