I did the upgrade. All went smoothly except my theme, "Slate Red", is not showing now. It is set as default and I've even set it to be 'forced on all users', yet the board is showing the default MyBB theme colors instead of the Slate Red colors.

By any chance, did you upload and over write the state red images, with the default images?
Nop. Not that I've noticed. Separate images folder.
BTW, Slate Red copyright not displayed at bottom of page either.
So it's showing in the list of themes?? What's the image path set to??
Yes, it's in the list and set as default.
/images/slate_red --- As it should be.
Can you force it now?? Make sure guests are allowed to view/use the theme.

EDIT: Test account still exists, just don't want others poking around.
Slightly weird issue, the CSS is loading images from the default images folder. Open the global.css, and search for 'url', then for each path, change images/ to images/slate_red/
