I could not find where to change the background color in rc3 (besides changing the body type which doesn't change the css). So I went into the database and changed the template. I don't know if this is a real bug though.

You can change the background colour in the css by editing the template named 'css'. I don't see a bug here.

Ah I see it now. It's more just a complaint, pretty much everything menubgcolor, categorybgcolor etc. is located in themes. However the page background color is located in templates.
