-Domain names
-MYBB 1.4.5 hosting
Just need to know: haven't found anything much better than .tk and I haven't managed to find a 1.4.5 host either.

You just posted in a thread about hosting, you even suggested some sites, not really sure why another one needs to be made asking literally the same question.
As for domain names, there's lots of domain registrars, google 'domains' and you'll find loads.
I mean 1.4.5., not any old hosting.
Do you have any suggestions, or exact links?

Well why not find a host that lets your upload your own files....??
As I said, in the other thread, there was a link to a thread that has a huge list of free hosts, there's loads there that give you FTP access so you can upload whatever you want, not rely on them to upgrade it.
