A random SQL error appeared. Please tell me how to fix this soon.

As the error states, the connection to the mySQL server was lost. You'll need to discuss this with your host as to why this happened...
Usually it has something to do with the limits of mysql set on your account. Your host can give you more details as to what was tripped.
This morning the board randomly worked, thanks i'll contact host next time.
It can come and go, isn't usually a permanent error, just means at that point MySQL was having issues. Some people have this once and never have it again but if you have it again you should ask them what's going on.
