i have another question no matter for the topic my question is what do u think about my english? i mean is it good? from 1-10 and i dont care about capital letters....

If you're looking to change the charset you can edit inc/languages/*yourlang*.php.

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is in the screenshot...

when i install the forum i dont have the encode for hebrew how can i get windows-1255 ecode?
