Hi,
few weeks back I installed a mod (cant remember which one). Sometime after installing that I was unable to login on the site. Moderators had the same problem. I dont know if the problem was because of that plugin. I was able to reset the password but the new password given didnt work either. Then after couple of days it just worked all of a sudden. And now again I got this same problem....I cant login anymore.

it didnt work

Not much we can do without a URL and test account or knowing what that plugin was...
