Hey all,

Everything is in the title. I just installed the forum and when i type the URL of my forum page i have this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '.' in /home/content/s/e/n/senetudes/html/forum-des-etudes/global.php on line 300

here is the link of my forum : http://www.senetudes.net/forum-des-etudes/

I have got a linux hosting type at Godaddy and i am running the 1.4 version of mybb

Thx for your help
In Line number 300 of global.php put
;
instead of dot "."
I tried but this is not the solution. Here is the line that cause problem :

eval("\$bbclosedwarning = \"".$templates->get("global_boardclosed_warning"../SE_forum/)."\";");

You can notice that the link has changed. This cuz i tried to reinstall the forum
Actually Their is ;; two times in a line that interacted with each other

So after reinstalling , do you change any code inside the global.php file
No i didn't change any code and i also noticed there are several conditions that ends like this too
If your forum contain some posts then backup the database and then try to reinstall the forum, make sure that all plugins first deactivated
ok, i am going to do it one more time!
try to upload the fresh copy of myBB to avoid any mishap during the installation process
it's working thanks for your support
No problem Smile Its my duty Smile
