Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> *Find the user you want to delete and from the drop down select 'Delete User'
Sorry but I not found this feature. -.-
Open your AdminCP, then along the top, click on the "Users & Groups" tab. This will display a list of users registered on your forum.
You can either "Search for a User" in the search box or the tab that appears.
When you find the user you want to delete, there will be an "Options" menu near their information. Click on this, then select "Delete User". Confirm the popup box, and the user will be deleted.

You don't edit the profile & settings. The delete user option is in the same menu you used to access that page.
