when i refresh my forum this error i encountered.

It looks like you've installed a plugin, and the fields have been removed from the database without deactivating the plugins. Those fields are not in MyBB by default.

Open your plugin files and search for that text (u.buformat), then deactivate/reactivate that plugin.

how about i will delete all my plug ins? what should be the results?

Deleting the plugins will not work (as the database entries will be unaltered if you do so). You would need to do as Tomm M suggested.

i have de activated all of my plugs ins in my admin cp..
