hello this is my first time use a mods in MyBB, I've downloaded it here but there's no instructions on how to use it and where to upload it?

Which Plugin ?
Mostly its just uploading it into ./inc/plugins/
Then go to your Plugin Manager § ACP - Configuration - Plugins §
Search for your plugin in the list and press Activate/Install
