Once when I added extra javascript to the templates it broke the MyBB javascript so remove this and see if it solves it. Not saying remove it permanently, just to see if it's the cause.

It's not in the host, it's in MyBB.... ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > **expand template set** > Ungrouped Templates > headerinclude.
