Searching the web I found a website http://mojo-panel.com/forum/ and when I went to the bottom of that page I found this:

There is no link to MyBB only to there website.

The script doesn't look like its been edited very little if at all, I just thought I would report this in-case you guys don't want users doing this.

And from the look of this page http://www.mojo-panel.com/index.php?page=scripts (last item in there list) it seems they plan to release this for others to use.

People are allowed to remove the copyright and make a fork of MyBB, although forks don't normally last that long.

Oh, ok.

I thought you had to leave a link back to MyBB.

People had to a while ago, but now MyBB is under the GNU GPL licence.

Joshua is right. Under our current licensing agreement people are allowed to remove the MyBB copyright and link altogether. But by doing this they will not get support from us here.
They are also allowed to create forks of our software and release it under the same license as us (they are not allowed to charge a fee).
