If index.php is CHMOD to 644, and you haven't added anything to your .htaccess or anything else like that, you should probably contact your host like the message says, most of the times server errors are just that, an error with the server...

Yes CHMOD is 644..
I'm going to ask my host..

Check the permissions of your public_html folder.
