Where in the forum I can modify xml for the theme?
Ok here is the problem, I exported the theme and then I've tried to import it to a test forum and it gave me an error that theme tag is not closed. I know I can close it with note pad on my PC but where in the forum I can do that ?

I think that's a problem with the installation.
I have had the problem too.
When I opened the XML file, it showed </the instead of </theme>
That only happens to one of my forums though.

any other thoughts ?
