Hello.
I was interested in having a news forum where people go to chat about current new topics etc. with RSS feeds being run in most of the forums. Is there a way that when someone replies to a thread, it automatically gets stickied?
It would also be helpful if it gets unstickied after a certain time where no-one has posted in it.
Sorry, large request, but it would be helpful - as I'm doing it manually at the moment.

Wouldn't this be the same as how it normally is? If someone posts, it goes to the top. If someone posts in another topic at a later time, that one goes to the top, and the first topic would be second.

Then if nobody replies, it falls down (like normal).

Your suggestion would end up with 50 stickies, all pushing each other down naturally.

Or maybe I miss the point

I take back my request.
It's just that at the moment we have few people on the forum so the RSS bot posts quite a lot pushing all the threads that people have replied in, down and sometimes off to the 2nd page.
But I guess, if it gets more popular, this sticky idea won't be needed.
