try putting it live on a free host. some times local host just doesn't like you. (i get it all teh time

i have tryed the birthday mailer on aworking website and it did not work there ithere and i am useing IIS 7.5 For a webserver I was reading a bit and Mysql might be in strict mode could that be the problam if so ho could i fix
