It looks like you are not using MyBB 1.4.x or you're using the first package of MyShoutbox 1.0

oh im using mybb 1.4.6

But you are not using the latest MyShoutbox package

its 1.0

MyShoutbox is not 1.4.6 for sure, lol.
Anyway I have released MyShoutbox 1.1 which doesn't need template edits, try it
