i want to share threads between forums.
Is there a way to link threads in multiple forums? And if yes, how?

A dirty way maybe. Say you want to share a thread which is in forum A and you want the link inside B, just move the thread to B without a redirect and move the thread back to A with a permanent redirect.

Why do i have to move it before the redirect?

As because in this case, you would want the link in forum B. The link is always left in the forum
from where it is moved. Unless the thread is already inside B, you would have to move it to B first.
