Well, that may fix the error, but it doesn't fix the cause of it, a plugin, hence me asking before to see a list of what ones you have.

I have updated the list over plugins. This plugin is not activated.
But, it is installed.

Well 'yes' it has to be installed but not activated; cause CountryFlagsOnIndex doesn't create its own CustomProfileField; it uses the same as CountryFlags.
Having 2 different CustomProfileFields for the same information is rather useless =P
