I installed this about a week ago. In the Admin CP, I set my time zone to +6. Problem is the time on the site didn't change and is still off by 6 hours. As in the default setting of +12.

This is why I like specifying time zones instead of offsets.

The default timezone is for guests. So when you log out, it should change the timezone. Registered users can specify their own timezone.

It is the default offset for guests and members, as it says. So if a member did not specicify a different timezone offset in their user CP, then they would go by the default timezone offset. At least thats how I understood it. I guess I will double check my user CP for my admin user and see if other users see the right time.
