Okay, I upgraded recently to the latest version, and now I have no themes. I can upload and import as many as I want. Yet I still see an unthemed forum. Whats going on?

Make sure ./cache and ./cache/themes are CHMOD'ed to 777.
Maybe it depends upon what version you upgraded from, to the newest version.
global.css gives a 404, is there CSS in the themes in the theme manager in the ACP??

It's trying to load:

but should be:
http://www.x-ind.com/board/cache/themes/theme11/global.css
