We've had this problem for a while I believe. The resources section just doesn't like to operate like it's supposed to...
I've been meaning to PM Alan about it for a while, if he doesn't see this soon I'll drop him a PM. I think it only seems to affect the latest submissions.
So to fix it I should impersonate people and upload their resources until it gets off the latest submission.
My plan seems unnecessary and slightly stupid. -_-
I'm currently investigating the issue but have manually fixed all existing submissions.
