How can members give a vote when there is no posibility to do so?

Just click the number, and you go to the rep page for that user. You can then click the Rate User button

and rate them, or, on their profile, click [Details] and then the same button to rate.
Oww, thats how it's working? On another Mybb-forum I saw a little green button (it looks like a scale) to place a vote. I guess that's a optional plugin?
I'm not very technical. Do you think there are any problems to expect if I install this plugin?

There was a little green button in a much older of MyBB I believe, but that plugin you linked to seems quite good.

Wow! It works and look great. Just one small problem:
If I click once on the "+" button it gives 2 points in stead of one.
Is that normal or do I have to change that somewhere?
