Why not just adjust these settings in the ACP? There is no need for a mySQL query for this.

i know i was having problem with my sql , i can't login
when i put my username and pass ( on my localhost )

i sucess login
then i return to page as a guest
i change the cookies but not working

so i change them manually cz i was intersted to copy some topics
anyway thx u

If you're having problems with staying logged in at the ACP, then see the sticky on the first page of this forum.
