I made a mistake in editing the usergroups cache in the mybb_datacache table... And not I cant login or anything...
Is there ANY way I can fix this? Without having to rebuild my forums?

Nevermind, it fixed itself

FYI, you can just delete the content of the 'cache' field for that row. It will automatically be regenerated from the settings.
