Sorry guys, I have to disturb you again.
The previous theme I tried turned out to be a copyrighted one & that too of a vb them site copyright. Some1 turned it into mybb theme without permissions.
So tried a new theme, but have a problem.
I have fixed some of them, but i cannot do this one.
See this ad banner is actually of size 468x60




But as you see in the above screenshot, it has increased in width automatically.
The actual banner is like this :



How to solve this out? Help pls.

Without knowing your site or page code all I could say is put it in a div and in the CSS class for that div declare the width of the container explicitly.

It's like you have have a div or other tag not closed. Run a validation on the page.
