I would like to have a Moderator be able to change a users profile (change avatar, setting, etc...) but the only way I can see that they could do that is give them access to the Admin CP.

However I am worried that they might click on an option they shouldn't (in the Admin cp). Is there a way to just allow the moderator to change a users profile w/o accessing the entire Admin Cp?

Modcp has editable user profiles...even admincp doesn't allow you to change the avatar..just delete it.
