Hey i am setting up a forum for a friend.

it has "Mac" theme as the default for it.

When i go into member list the email user button don't show..

yet when my friend goes to it, it shows up for them.

on the forum it is set to postbit_email.png and that is the image file. yet when u go to the memberlist page it says it is looking for postbit_email.gif which there isn't one on the mac theme....

Are you trying to access the message board locally or on your server? Or try Ctrl+5.

My Server is on a different computer. and is set up on the net. i am accesing from another comptuer. throught a url ie there are 2.. i use one u guys use another.. it has been working before.. all it is, is a coding error in the theme. that i can't find...

1sti would recommend that u clear ur cache or use V+f5 for refresh it.

if the problerm stayed.

2 -then i would recommend, checking the template

Admin CP>templates>post bit template>postbit_email
make usre of photo there,
u may have to change this

$theme[imglangdir]/postbit_email.gif

Note: as the original photo is .gif u can simply upload the .gif instead of the .png

are u using a url that ur other visitors dont use ? if then are pointing to the same files? did u try the other url?
