can i stop AUTO redirect , and keep it manually
and replace

Edit the theme's templates, and edit the Redirect Templates.

Remove:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="2;URL={$url}" />

then make the changes you want to make to that template.

ok thx but where can i Find {$lang->click_no_wait} ?

You need to edit the messages.lang.php file (it's the first one on the list) either in the ACP or manually though the file to change the variable.
