Is there an importer so i can convert my vb3 forum to mybb?

As of yet there is no VB3 converter available. sorry!

If you are running a vB 3.0.x forum, there is a way!

First, you need to download this converter to convert to phpBB2:

Then, you must convert over from phpBB2 to MyBB PR2:
