I really like this theme, but when I install it on my forum, it dosnt show correctly? Can someone update it?

That theme is for 1.2.x It won't work on a 1.4 forum.

How do I update it for it to work?

You will need to edit the theme's CSS for it to work on 1.4. Otherwise the theme will not work at all.

Ask the theme creator.

You just need to go through it all and make sure all the CSS classes that have been added are catered for.
