firs off id like to say the merge was smooth and simple.
now for the problem
merged phpbb3 - mybb 1.4
after the merge i checked a users account and it was fine also the mod cp was fine. but when i log in and go to the admin cp i cant do nothing.
all the links are not showing and it looks messed up.
anyone know what the issue could be.
Reupload ./inc/languages/english/admin. Some times FTP clients drop files.

nope that didnt fix it.
Make sure ./inc/languages/, ./inc/languages/english/ and ./inc/languages/english/admin/ are CHMOD to 755 and files inside are 644. If that doesn't work either you're doing soemthing wrong or your host is blocking something, people have this issue pretty much on a daily basis and it's always either the files aren't there or not CHMOD properly.
this is a freash install of mybb and all ive done was the merge program that is supplied ont he site. nothing else has been done and the site has 0 visitors. its in a special dir so no one knows where it is yet. this happneed right after the convert.
Right, well, doesn't really matter about the number of visitors and merging shouldn't have an effect, have you done all of what Josh and I said?? If you have, and it isn't working, can you PM me details to your host control panel...??
