Ive installed this and everthing is fine. But one problem when you search for a topic and you get the results i get error 404s the &highlight= breaks it.

Check your plugin status page. Did you add the rewrite rule for search highlights, as first rewrite rule (before the other Google SEO rewrite rules)? It should work fine then...
