Hi,

I recently installed MyBB onto http://forums.irellaqanevol.com, only nothing comes up. I add /instal on the end of the link and still nothing.

Have I done something wrong?
Help much appreciated.

Did I instal it wrong? I ment for it to go to the root domain.
And the images wont load either. :o

The images look fine to me. The reason why your forum is at Upload/ is because you uploaded the Upload/ folder in your FTP. If you only uploaded what was inside the Upload/ folder to your root domain folder, then you would be able to access your forum there.

I sorted out the folder.

Btw, I dont suppose you know why the images wont load for me?
They load fine on the school computers.

umm i recommand clearing your cache, and then try to refresh using v+f5.

as it seems the files are uploaded coz they appear at ur school.

You have made some of your backgrounds: attachment.php?aid=2, however, you do not allow guests to download the images, so they do not show up when you are not logged in. I suggest you move those attachments into the images folder where they belong and not link to the attachment.php.

I also uploaded my files in a different directory and can only view my forum at: http://www.scrubshouse.com/forum/Upload/index.php

Would it work if I moved all of the files in the upload folder into my root directory, or do I have to start over by uploading them again?

well yes ,

u just have to move your files !! ofcourse to the root directory
Then go into your Admin control panel > Settings > General Configuration and change the board URL, same for the cookie domain,
no edit for the sql needed, unless ur using another server.

All you have to do is re-name the upload folder to what ever you want it to be (ex. forum) then upload it to the main directory of you web site. Then do what zaher1988 after you install it.
