I have 2 forum. I had export theme to XML file to import into other forum. But I can not.

Don't import to other forum but when I import to owner forum(forum exported) again is not error!!!

I try opening XML file and received an error as below:

[Image: attachment.php?aid=13940]
And when I import into other forum, I received a message

[Image: attachment.php?aid=13941]
I think XML file is fault but I don't know the way to fix it!!!

Helping me! Please!!!!

(sorry, my English is very bad)
oh, I fixed it....this solution is very useful!!!
