I Uploaded It Like It Said..But
It Looks Like This

Well My Previous Theme Is RosePink And Its Working Fine
But Whenever I Upload a different Theme Its Look Like This...

But When I Put My Old Theme Everything Works Fine..
I Can Go To Threads And Its Like Nothing Ever Happened..
So That Means I Can't Change My Theme Now

What's your previous theme ?
I think you are using that theme as your parent theme when you installed the current skin...
When you install a fresh skin, always choose MyBB Mater Style as your parent theme, hope it fix the issue

You probably have a validation issue, open tag or something, get your site validated and see what it says.
