Hm, actually it's not directly a mobile phone... It's Windows Mobile device with a phone application.

G1 ..the Google phone and it rocks. Android is damn cool.

Yeah the Android rocks but I wonder why HTC use slower/older Hardware for HTC Dream...

Probably because Android (as a Linux based OS) is not bloated and is very efficient.

Windows Mobile also runs on slower hardware. But if you install many applications you see the advantage of a more modern/faster cpu.

Also most of the new HTC (Windows Mobile) devices have a 3D accelerator chipset. But not the android devices...

Very curious.

When HTC puts Android in such a modern hardware device I will buy it.

Using a Nokia E71 and loving it.
