I thought last night to establish a company on internet, just as FREE hosting sites do, to make the new account on subdomains, (like 110mb does)...
It should be FREE, and have plenty of FREE scripts to install as like in 000webhost has...
I just want one thing from you,
What software they use to make such websites, and How should I establish it ??

You will need firstly a reseller account with a hosting company, preferably a VPS at least.
Most companies offer this however just google search reseller hosting, this is the first result

I got that, But such webhosts usually use a software for sql databases, and managing new accounts, and when users signup, they get a subdomain to the original domain,
like that, as my domain is
www.mybboard.biz
when new user signs up, he will get
www.HISUSERNAME.mybboard.biz
whats the software for that ??

WHM Account Creator will automatically create user account in cPanel/WHM, create subdomain in WHM (or assign domain to the user account), and pre-configure hosting package automatically (ftp, email, quota, etc).
Hows that
Cpanel and WHM is probably the best and easyest software for that though you will probably need to get the hosting company to install that. Cpanel and WHM starts at $425.00 per yea i think. Have a look at their site

Opposed to Fantastico you could you use Installatron.
If you want your host to last really long, I suggest that you offer LayeredPanel instead of cPanel. Here's the trend in stability.
LayeredPanel > DirectAdmin > cPanel
Yes but i know alot of people who would not get hosting unless it is cPanel.

Those are the people who have been brainwashed by the cPanel branding. -.- There are many people who use LayeredPanel and DirectAdmin too.
