You could have asked this in your other threads, they're on pretty much the same thing... once again, in global.css, for the post background, it's .trow2, and for the quote background, open global.css and search for 'quote'.
I think the post background is trow2 for the post bg and blockquote is for the quote bg.
You can find it on the drop down menu of the global.css on easy mode.
