I used that one. It works like a charm.

It took all of 15 minutes to get this to work as a plugin (hint: pre_output_page is the hook you want to register). I've made all the configuration options in the JavaScript as settings within the snow settings group.

Once I clean up the code a bit, I'll post it here.

As promised, here's my version of the plugin.
