If I am changing the folder my forum is installed in from '/forum' to '/oldforum', is there any particular file that I must edit for the forum to continue to work?

You will need to edit the board URL and cookie settings in your ACP -> General Configuration.
That's it? I don't have to edit any files within my cPanel?
Not if you change the settings first; if you moved the files before changing the settings you'd have to edit the file, so it's best to change them first, in the ACP, and then move the files.
